Hire Controller 1 Up Access are one of the UKs leading powered access providers, operating a fleet off over 450 machines throughout the UK. Due to an external promotion we have a vacancy for the following based in our Sheffield head office:- Hire Controller The role involves:- • Answering incoming customer & supplier phone calls • Quoting customers and diagnosing the correct machine for the job • Giving the customer a great experience though a high level of customer service • Taking hires and inputting of the hire contract onto our operating system • Dealing / Resolving Customer Invoice Queries Promptly & Efficiently • Liaising with the sales team to fulfil customer needs • Liaising with HGV Drivers / Service Engineers on a daily basis to achieve minimal customer disruption • A willingness to learn new products and services as they are received by the company The environment is extremely fast paced but very friendly with great team morale.
